Dear Visionation Subscriber,
No need to be alarmed, but we need you to help us fix a minor issue. You have a very rare 'CFID identifier' in the link that you used to request access to our site. You may not enter any of our sites using a link of this nature. Years ago, we used to use these CFID identifiers on our website, but we have now phased them out.
The only thing you need to do is not use this kind of link to access our site. Depending on the location of this link, there are different solutions, but they are all simple. Once you have the problem remedied, you should never have to go through this process again.
- If it is one of your bookmarks, simply edit the bookmark to remove the CFID identifier, or delete it completely and replace it with a fresh bookmark of the same page.
- If it is a URL in your 'history', you may need to delete your history, so that your browser does not prompt you with this URL again.
- If it is a link on the Internet, don't use that particular link to access this site.
- If none of the above apply for some reason, just be aware that the item that brought you here either needs to be fixed, deleted, or ignored.
Also, you may have more than one of these URLs in different places on your computer, so make sure you eliminate all of them.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We are sorry for the interruption and any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any questions, or don't understand what to do, please contact us through email using the link below.
Sincerely,
Visionation Technical Service
